Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you so we can provide personalized care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior communication, may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee.
  This policy helps us respect the time of our patients and practitioners.

Refund Policy for Prepaid Packages
We want you to feel confident when investing in a series of treatments.

• If no sessions have been used, you may request a full refund of your package purchase.

• If some sessions have been used, the regular single-session rate will be deducted for each session completed, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

For example, if a 5-session package is purchased and 2 sessions have been used, those 2 visits will be charged at the current full single-session rate, and the remainder of the package value will be refunded..
