Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Core Meridian, we are committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care through both our in-clinic programs and professional-grade supplement offerings. Because our services and products are carefully prepared, time-sensitive, and tailored to each client, we maintain the following return and cancellation policies:

Program Packages & Wellness Series

This includes:

  • Core 5 Series

  • Men’s Hormone Reset Plan

  • Burnout Recovery Protocol

  • Addiction Recovery Support Program

  • Any future multi-session program or package

All program purchases are final and non-refundable once your first session has been scheduled. These wellness plans reserve dedicated clinical time and are customized for each participant’s needs.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule any individual session in your program with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be considered used unless rescheduling is discussed promptly.

Program Credit Transfers:

If you’re unable to complete a program due to illness, relocation, or major life events, unused credit may be transferred to another Core Meridian service, a future program, or a designated family member—pending approval within 90 days of purchase.

Bitcoin Incentive Policy (if applicable):

Bitcoin bonuses (e.g., $100 for the Core 5 Series) are issued after your first in-person session and are considered earned at that time. These are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you do not complete the full program.

Supplement Returns (Online Store Purchases)

We accept returns of unopened, sealed supplements within 20 days of your purchase date for store credit only.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 20 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns of opened, used, or expired products.

**Herbal formula purchases whether online or in-person are non-returnable**

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please contact us at mgadams.acu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
